Anita transitioned to be a coach after +20 years serving as Professional Human Resource in the corporate entities she worked for. Following her passion with engaging with individuals and pushing them thru to see their own beliefs and see themselves deeper.
Anita says everyone likes to be heard, in her coaching sessions by building trust and intimacy, the clients are able to share whatever is in their minds, and this will be heard by Anita for her to share back to the client what the client is not seeing on themselves.
